In colder conditions, the sides can be pulled down over your ears for warmth and wind protection. The front visor protects you from sun glare and can be worn in the up or down position. The cap also works well for short and long distance running. It includes a built-in SweatSeal which redirects sweat away from your eyes to promote better vision.
