• Power Bands offer progressive resistance for a wide range of stretching and exercise movements.  Latebands are colored coded and come in light, medium and heavy resistance levels.

• Mini Bands are ideal for leg and glute, rehabilitation, stretching , and            resistance exercises. Latebands are colored coded and come in light,        medium and heavy resistance levels.
